Breezemonte Homes, Inc. is dedicated to assisting persons with developmental disabilities with living in the housing of their choosing in their community and acquiring the skills needed for maximum independence. We assist individuals with skills of everyday life, community inclusion, social and recreational opportunities.
Breezemonte Homes, Inc. believes that in-home support personnel have the dual responsibility of assisting individuals and families with basic support needs and for the systematic planning and training of new skills. We believe in the basic developmental model approach that all individuals are capable of learning essiential life skills and provide for training to occur in the individual's home and community.
